BY PLACING AN ORDER AND RESERVING YOUR EVENT WITH OUTDOOR LAWN GREETINGS, YOU AGREE TO ALL COMPANY POLICIES!!!

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering your lawn greeting. All individuals requesting an order should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All lawn greetings are meant to be a pleasant surprise for the recipient. Please ensure the homeowner/recipient of the lawn greeting is notified of the delivery to avoid any issues or concerns upon set-up and/or take-down. Homeowners/recipients need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify their respective yard service provider and cancel service during the duration of the lawn posting. 

All lawn greetings remain property of Outdoor Lawn Greetings. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the lawn greeting is prohibited. Greetings should not be removed or relocated without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter and/or stake(s) at full replacement value.

Outdoor Lawn Greetings reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or any greeting that is deemed outside of the likes of the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

PAYMENT: Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking in order to hold the reservation.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush (within 72hrs) and same day orders may be accommodated with the following conditions:

• Based on available inventory
• Rush fee may apply

DELIVERY: All lawn greetings will be delivered the evening before or morning of event date unless other arrangements have been made. All prices include delivery, set-up and take-down of the lawn greeting.  

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver any lawn greetings if there is lightening or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set-up and/or take-down. In the event of inclement weather and we are unable to reschedule a new delivery date, a refund will be honored.
